We provide Personal and Organisational Development training enabling set up, preparation of organisational manuals and other tools that empower and equip individuals and organisations to operate with impact and transform society.

Celebrating successful and outstanding leadership is an integral part of Destiny work. The Annual Leadership EXPO was inaugurated in 2005 and leaders offering outstanding leadership in their communities are identified and receive a Destiny Leadership Award.
